Ricky Weiss scores fifth-place finish in XR 604 Nationals at All-Tech Raceway
Wrapping up his 2024 season behind the wheel of his 604 Crate Late Model, Ricky Weiss invaded All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Wednesday afternoon for the first night of the $100,000 XR 604 Nationals.
Weiss laid down the fourth-quickest lap in his qualifying group but started 18th in his prelim feature on Thursday due to the invert. Ricky made up six spots in the quick 30-lap race to finish 12th.
Locked into the 60-lap finale on Saturday, Ricky started 17th and stormed forward to a Top-5 finish in fifth. He trailed Randy Weaver, Michael Brown, Mason Zeigler, and Brandon Overton.
