12th-place finish in World of Outlaws stop at Stateline

Ricky Weiss returned with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series on Thursday afternoon as the series headed east to begin a three-race swing at Stateline Speedway (Busti, N.Y.). In a field of 36 cars, Weiss came in fifth in his heat before picking up a 10-lap consolation victory. Starting the opening night feature in 18th, Ricky gained six spots in the 40-lapper to place 12th. (Jacy Norgaard photo)

Ricky is currently fourth in the latest World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series point standings.
