Engines woes take Ricky Weiss out early in King of the Mountain at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Returning to his No. 7 Super Late Model, Ricky Weiss was one of 44 Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series Late Models at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the King of the Mountain.

When pulling out for his qualifying lap, Weiss mashed the gas before his powerplant let loose and ended his night early.
