Evaluating Options for Upcoming Plans

HEADINGLEY, MANITOBA, Canada (07/10/24) – Ricky Weiss’ stellar start to the 2024 season continued on Wednesday afternoon with a flag-to-flag victory in the Marvin Ford Memorial at Tazewell Speedway aboard his Drydene Performance Products No. 7 G-Style Transport / LG Transport / Derrick’s Sandblasting / Sniper Chassis Late Model.

The $3,000 United Championship Racing Alliance (UCRA) payday marked Ricky’s seventh win of the season and second with the series at the Tennessee oval.

“The car has been so good lately and I just have to credit it to my crew for all their continued hard work,” Weiss said. “This whole deal is a total team effort and I am just glad I could get the win for everyone that supports me. I have a lot of people that I need to thank but I want to shout out to my parents as they’re here tonight to enjoy this one with me.”

Ricky Weiss returned to Tazewell (Tenn.) Speedway on Wednesday afternoon seeking a repeat victory at the facility with the United Championship Racing Alliance (UCRA).

With 16 cars entered for the event serving as a precursor to the Fourth of July weekend, Weiss topped the overall speed charts before placing first in his heat. Leading flag-to-flag in the 40-lap main event, Ricky earned $3,000 as he outran Aaron Guinn and Travis Fultz to the checkered flag.

Full results from the weekday event can be found at www.UCRARacing.com.

Ricky is still evaluating his upcoming plans but when the team has decided, they will be posted on his schedule page at www.WeissRacing7.com.
